The JITO Ladies Wing was launched by JITO Ahmedabad in November 2018 to empower women and strengthen their socio-economic status. The wing focuses on creating platforms for leadership, technology and economic prosperity, while also promoting entrepreneurship and skill development. It organizes workshops, training sessions and networking opportunities to help women grow personally and professionally. Additionally, the Ladies Wing is involved in community welfare, including charitable activities like healthcare and education for the underprivileged. It also fosters spiritual growth and adherence to Jain principles of non-violence and compassion, while organizing cultural events to bring the community closer.
