The 3-day residential course, “Developing Strategic Acumen for Scalability,” was successfully conducted in collaboration with IIM Ahmedabad and convened by Shri Satish Mardia. The program was held from 20th to 22nd June 2025 at the IIM Ahmedabad campus. The event was inaugurated in the esteemed presence of Chapter Chairman Shri Rushabh Patel, Senior Vice Chairman Shri Rajeev Chhajer, Vice Chairman Shri Charul Vakta, Vice Chairman Shri Vaibhav Shah, Chief Secretary Shri Manish Shah and Treasurer Shri Shital Shah.

Focused on Strategy, Marketing, Operations and Mindset, the program empowered participants through case studies, real-world business challenges, experiential exercises and high-impact discussions. Key takeaways included setting growth strategies, differentiating B2B/B2C marketing, aligning operations, overcoming mental barriers, motivating teams and managing family business dynamics.

Participants stayed on-campus from 19th evening to 22nd evening, enjoying immersive learning, peer networking and a memorable Valedictory Ceremony with certificates, group photo and memorabilia. Limited to just 40 seats, the program delivered powerful insights and was a stepping stone toward IIMA alumni status for many. A big leap forward for all who dream of scaling up with strategy and clarity!
