In light of the recent tragic airplane crash in Ahmedabad and the resulting casualties at the Civil Hospital, there is an urgent need for blood to support the treatment of injured patients at Civil Hospital.

Rising to the occasion, JITO Ahmedabad, in collaboration with the GCCI, Indian Red Cross Society, Ahmedabad, and Vishakha Group, successfully organized a blood donation drive on 14th June 2025 at GCCI. This initiative was in line with our core mission of Seva — selfless service during difficult times.

The drive witnessed strong participation and overwhelming support from our members, leading to the collection of 50 units of blood — a commendable and life-saving contribution. We are especially grateful to the committee members and other JITO volunteers who, although found ineligible to donate due to health reasons, showed up to support the cause, reflecting true compassion and solidarity.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the donors and supporters who contributed to making this noble initiative a success. Your generosity and commitment serve as an inspiration to all.
