Notice of 15^th Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the 15^th Annual General Meeting of Jain International Trade Organisation (JITO), Ahmedabad Chapter will be held on Saturday, 30^th September, 2023 at 5.30pm at JITO Office & also Online to transact the following business:

1. Address by Chairman Sanjeev Chhajer

2. To approve the Minutes of the 14^th Annual General Meeting of JITO Ahmedabad Chapter held on 30^th September, 2022.

3. To receive, consider & adopt the Financial Statement of Accounts of JITO Ahmedabad Chapter comprising the Balance Sheet as on 31^st March, 2023, the Income & Expenditure Account for the year ended on that date, together with the Schedules attached thereto & the report of the Chairman and Auditor.

4. To appoint Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditors of organization to hold office from the conclusion of this meeting until the conclusion of next Annual General Meeting and to fix their remuneration.

5. As per Apex guideline discuss & approve conversion of existing registration of organisation in to Section8 Company, section 366 of the company Act 2013.

6. To take on record & implement the decision taken by the Steering Committee for appointment of new Office Bearers.

7. Accepted Speech by New Chairman

8. Any other matter with the permission of the chair.
