The Business Leadership Excellence Programme, jointly organized by JITO Ahmedabad in association with Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad under the JITO Centre for Excellence project, was successfully conducted from 3rd to 5th April 2026 at the IIM Ahmedabad campus. The programme witnessed an exceptional and record-breaking response, with all 40 seats fully booked and paid within just four hours of its announcement, along with a significant waiting list. The batch comprised participants from 16 cities across India, ranging in age from 22 to 62 years, reflecting a rich diversity of entrepreneurial and professional experience.
Designed and delivered by the esteemed faculty of IIM Ahmedabad, the 3-day residential programme consisted of 12 intensive sessions aimed at enabling business owners to scale and strengthen their organizations. The curriculum focused on core leadership themes, including Strategic Thinking for Leaders, Leading Operational Excellence, Entrepreneurial Leadership, Leadership Styles, Understanding Self and Others and Customer Centricity. The sessions were highly engaging, combining case studies, interactive discussions and practical insights, providing participants with actionable frameworks and real-world perspectives.
The successful execution of the programme was driven by the dedicated efforts of Jt. Secretary Pramit Parikh and CFE Convenor Satish Mardia and co-convener Shri Mehul Shah, along with the continuous support of the Vice Chairman Pravesh Mehta, Jt. Treasurer Nirav Shah, Jt. Treasurer Vimal Shah, CFE Chairman, Apex Aasit Shah and CFE Apex Treasurer, Bankim Shah. The programme concluded with a valedictory function held on Sunday at 5:00 PM at the IIM Ahmedabad campus, where certificates were formally distributed to all participants, marking the successful completion of the programme.
Overall, the event stands as a landmark achievement, reflecting the strong trust of the community in JITO’s initiatives and reinforcing its vision of “Skill4Success,” while setting a new benchmark for future leadership and executive learning programmes.
