Highlights of the event1. The event started from departing early morning to the venue which was the outskirts ofAhmedabad. Members did car pool to reach the venue which was a strategic move to letmembers across chapters but from same areas to bond during the journey towards thevenue.2. The event kickstarted with a scrumptious breakfast and member registration. Memberswere divided in different groups and made sure they were from different chapters sothey can interact with maximum number of cross chapter members.3. The event was hosted by Anchor Akash Panchal who brings on the table an interestingpool of business games. Members were told to give their team names, their slogan andtheir war cry to create a feeling of belongingness.4. In a particular group, members introduced their individual business as a part of the storywhich was a unique concept filled with humour and creativity.5. In between the activities, members were made to do some fun element to drive thewhole event towards a fruitful completion.6. This was followed by a delicious lunch.7. After lunch, team activities like Treasure hunt, Category dumb charades, Ice breakingfillers, Round table games were played.8. The members enjoyed it to the fullest and did not want it to end.9. The event ended with high tea and snacks and heart filled with memories.
