During the session, they discussed how start-ups and young businesses should structure their company financially in order to make them attractive for Private Equity investments and Growth Funds.He shared knowledge about how Private Equity funds are managed and how they evaluate companies. Mr. Vivek Anand also shared his experiences through the years of working with HNI clients and large companies.The event was attended by many start-up enthusiasts and finance professionals.
