JITO Ahmedabad Ladies Wing, under the visionary guidance of JITO Chairman Rajeevbhai Chhajer and the dynamic leadership of Chairperson Anuja Shah and Chief Secretary Ami Hapani, continues to create impactful initiatives that enrich both mind and spirit.

The inspiring session, “Energy of Navkar,” featuring Mr. Amressh Mehta, was organised at AMA, Ahmedabad, on 11th August 2026. The session offered valuable insights into the healing power of the Navkar Mantra and its connection with the body’s energy centres.

Participants explored how sacred vibrations can help harmonise physical, emotional and spiritual energies, promoting inner peace, positivity and overall well-being.
