On the 19th of July 2024, JITO Ahmedabad Youth Wing hosted the “Freshers Welcome” event at the prestigious Taj Skyline. This networking dinner was organized to warmly welcome new members into our vibrant community. Initially, The event saw over 350 members, including both new and existing participants.The evening was graced by the esteemed presence of JITO dignitaries, including Kushalji Bhansali (JITO Vice President Apex), Asit Shah (JITO Chairman Ahmedabad), Pravesh Mehta (Chief Secretary), and Rajeev Chajjer. Their attendance added significant value to the event, highlighting its importance to our organization.A variety of engaging activities were planned to encourage interaction and networking among attendees. Icebreaker games such as Bingo effectively broke down barriers, facilitating mingling and helping new members feel welcomed. Additionally, interactive games like Jenga, Juice Pong, and Story Cube maintained high energy levels and promoted easy interaction within the youth teams.The feedback from attendees was overwhelmingly positive. Many participants expressed their appreciation for the well-organized activities and the invaluable opportunity to meet new faces. The event successfully created a vibrant atmosphere, fostering engagement and connections among our members.JITO Youth Chairperson Shri Sarvaswa Chhajer and team look forward to organizing more such events in the future to continue fostering connections and growth within our network.
