On 26th October 2024, the JITO Ahmedabad Ladies Wing, in collaboration with Apple Global School under the Centre for Excellence project, hosted a delightful Diwali décor workshop titled “Illuminate & Create” at Apple Global School, Ahmedabad. The workshop, held at 5:00 PM, was an enchanting evening of creativity and festive celebration, drawing in 300+ participants eager to learn the art of Diwali décor.

The session was led by Mrs. Priya Joshi, an esteemed International Painting Exhibitor, whose expertise added a professional touch to the evening. Under her guidance, attendees had the opportunity to craft beautiful and unique Diwali decorations, including dazzling lamps and coasters, which not only enhanced their creativity but also allowed them to contribute a personalized touch to their Diwali celebrations.

This event was not only about creating decorative pieces but also about connecting with like-minded individuals. Participants immersed themselves in the hands-on experience, making lasting memories while celebrating the joyous spirit of the Festival of Lights. The event featured incredible student performances, and unforgettable moments were shared by parents, faculty, and guests alike. Additionally, the JITO Ladies launched an art exhibition showcasing the artistic talent of Apple Global School students.

The workshop was organized under the leadership of Sharmila Shah, Chairperson of the JITO Ahmedabad Ladies Wing, with support from Rekha Shah, the Chief Secretary. Their efforts ensured the success of the event, providing a platform for the attendees to express their creativity and celebrate Diwali in a meaningful and artistic manner.
