JITO Ahmedabad proudly announces the record-breaking success of Job Mela 4.0, creating history in the city by surpassing all previous milestones of participation and opportunities. The mega event witnessed over 12,000+ opportunities generated, including 8,000 interviews conducted and 4,000 internship and fresher applications. With 3,700 candidate registrations, 350 walk-ins, 124 companies applying as employers, and 41 companies onboarded with the maximum openings, the Job Mela emerged as a massive platform for employment and growth, connecting aspiring candidates with leading companies on an unprecedented scale.

This achievement was made possible through the vision, dedication, and teamwork of JITO Ahmedabad’s leadership and core members. Special recognition goes to Mr. Pravesh Mehta, JITO Ahmedabad Knowledge Mentor; Mr. Siddharth Chovatia, JITO Ahmedabad Jobs Convener; and Mr. Vishal Shah, Convener of Job Mela 4.0. The core team comprising Mr. Darpit Shah, Mr. Darshil Shah, Mr. Dharmit Gandhi, Mr. Mehul Shah, and Mr. Jainam Sanghavi played an instrumental role in driving this success, with valuable support from Mr. Malay Shah and Mr. Jagrit Sanklecha. The event also received strong guidance and encouragement from Mr. Rushabh Patel, Chairman of JITO Ahmedabad, and Mr. Manish Shah, Chief Secretary of JITO Ahmedabad.
