The inaugural Youth Sports Cup witnessed unparalleled energy as 10 Team Owners, 60+ people, and sponsors came together to kickstart the tournament and select their winning combinations!The Team Draft saw 10 enthusiastic Team Owners who along with their Captains and Vice Captains, came forward with novel strategies to curate a solid winning team from a pool of over 150 enthusiastic participants.The Draft was conducted in three rounds, where each round was conducted on the basis of a Snake Selection Model. The First Round focused on Football players, whereas the Second Round revolved around Pool and the Third Round comprised of Badminton and Pickleball players. Before each Round, each Team Owner picked a Tennis ball with a number written on it, which set their order in the selection process, with Team 1 getting the first pick and Team 10 getting two picks (Pick 10 and Pick 11) to ensure fairness.With strategic selections, each owner aimed to assemble a winning combination of 15 players, showcasing a blend of experience and youth to represent the team in 4 sports across 2 days.The enthusiasm was off the roof as everybody involved geared up with their teams for the Youth Sports Cup!
