The Real Estate Conclave, jointly organized by JITO Ahmedabad Chapter, GCCI & CREDAI Ahmedabad, was successfully held on 20th September 2025 at the Veer Savarkar Sports Enclave, Naranpura, themed “Ahmedabad – From World Heritage City to City of World Sports.” The event drew leading developers, investors, policymakers and thought leaders from the real estate and urban development sectors. Jito Apex Vice Chairman Shri Himanshu Shah graced the event with his presence and also acknowledged the Chairman Shri Rushabh Patel and the keynote speakers for organizing this event.
The evening began with a Sports Enclave walkthrough, followed by an opening ceremony with the Navkar Mantra and welcome addresses by Mr. Siddharth Bagadia (JITO Ahmedabad), Mr. Alap Patel (CREDAI Ahmedabad) and Mr. Apurva Shah (GCCI).
Later, keynote speaker Mr. Jaxay Shah, Chairman QCI & Savvy Group, in his talk outlined Gujarat’s vision to host world-class sporting events leading to the 2038 Olympics, emphasizing massive infrastructure upgrades, the RISE (Readiness, Integration, Sustainability, Execution) framework for sustainable growth.
Mr. D. P. Desai, IAS, CEO – Urban Development Authority, shared the government’s roadmap to transform Ahmedabad into India’s sporting capital, highlighting long-term benefits of jobs, tourism and urban mobility through integrated development and public-private partnerships.
An engaging panel discussion on “The Future of Olympics”, moderated by Shri Rushabh Patel (Chairman, Jito Ahmedabad & MD Parshwanath Corporation), featured industry leaders
