The JITO Youth Sports Event was successfully organized as a 3-day sporting initiative designed to promote youth engagement, foster community bonding and encourage a strong competitive spirit within the Jain community. With participation from over 220 players and an audience exceeding 400 attendees, the event created a dynamic platform that blended sports, networking, and shared experiences. The event featured structured, team-based participation with 10 competitive teams and emphasized fitness, teamwork and unity.
The event unfolded across multiple days and venues, beginning with team drafting on 9th March at Aaryavrat Corporate House, followed by bowling on 19th March at Ballers Arena, pickleball on 20th March at Shaishya Pulse Academy, cricket on 21st March at Freehit and concluding with badminton and football matches on 22nd March at ARA, Ahmedabad. Participants were provided with food arrangements throughout all event days, ensuring a comfortable and engaging experience. The closing ceremony was also held at ARA on 22nd March, marking a fitting end to the event.
The sports categories included bowling, pickleball, cricket, badminton and football, offering a diverse range of activities for participants. In terms of results, Parakh Shah and Moxish Shah from Team Finadge Sowers emerged as winners, while Aniket Bhansali and Abhinay Bhansali from Team ASB Avengers secured the runner-up position. The event was strongly supported by sponsors and partners, including Ratnanjali Group as the Title Sponsor, Aryavrat Group as the Co-Powered Sponsor, Amster Group as the Trophy and Jersey Sponsor and Prepseed along with Outlead Solutions as Marketing and Technology Partners. Additional support came from outdoor media sponsors Het Graphics and Khushi Advertising.
Branding and promotional efforts were extensive, featuring outdoor visibility across 12 hoardings in the city along with placements in prominent locations such as Karnavati Club, Rajpath Club, YMCA, Sports Club and Gymkhana. The event was led by Vivek Kankaria, Chairman of the JITO Youth Wing, along with conveners Jignesh Mehta, Abhinandan Mehta and Harsh Gulecha. Special acknowledgment goes to Vivan and Gameday for managing the event seamlessly, ensuring smooth coordination throughout.
The closing ceremony was graced by esteemed dignitaries including JITO Chairman Rajeev Chhajer, Senior Vice-Chairman Vaibhav Shah and Ex-Chairman Asit Shah, along with key sponsors and members of the JITO fraternity. Overall, the JITO Youth Sports Event stood out as a well-executed and impactful initiative that successfully brought together participants and spectators across multiple venues and sports. With its strong planning, collaborative efforts and vibrant community spirit, the event has set a high benchmark for future editions.
