The JITO Box Cricket League 2025–26 concluded on a high note on December 19, 2025, after two days of electrifying matches held from December 17 to 19 at Freehit Box Cricket, Science City. The tournament witnessed enthusiastic participation from over 180 players, comprising 12 men’s teams and 3 women’s teams. It also drew a remarkable audience of nearly 800 spectators. The event was marked by high energy, strong teamwork and exciting cricket action throughout.

Each men’s team played a minimum of three league matches, ensuring fair play and competitive balance before progressing to the playoffs. In the men’s category, Parshwanath Republic led by Captain Raj Patel, emerged as champions, while Tankhwapatra led by Captain Raj Mehta, finished as runners-up. The women’s category saw Sahjanand Strikers, led by Captain Vipal Doshi, clinch the championship title, followed by Sujhal Warriors, captained by Rachna Shah, as runners-up.

The event was graced by the presence of Chapter Chairman Shri Rajeev Chhajer, Ladies Wing Chairperson Smt. Anuja Shah, and Chief Secretary Smt. Ami Hapani, who motivated and encouraged all the players. The successful execution of the tournament was made possible by the dedicated efforts of Sports Convener Shri Shital Shah, Co-Conveners Shri Vimal Shah and Akash Kamdar, along with Coordinators Shri Ayush Vora and Shri Rushabh Shah.

The league delivered thrilling matches, showcased high standards of sportsmanship, and featured several memorable performances, strengthening community bonds and promoting fitness under the JITO banner. The JITO Ahmedabad Chapter congratulated all participants and expressed heartfelt gratitude to the title sponsor ‘Unispace’ and co-sponsors, supporters, and players for their enthusiastic participation. Food and beverages were provided throughout the event, memorable moments were captured and winners along with best performers were felicitated with sports Trophy, making the tournament a truly memorable celebration of sport and camaraderie.
