Savor the Flavor: JITO Ladies Wing Culinary Competition
The JITO Ladies Wing is excited to announce an upcoming culinary event designed to crown the “Chef Queen” among home chefs. This event promises numerous attractions, including:
• Guaranteed Gifts: All participants will receive assured gifts.
• Top Prizes: Special prizes for the top three groups.
• Expert Session: A renowned chef, Dr. Harsh Chavda, will conduct a food styling session for all attendees.
Note: If you don’t have a team, we will collaborate with other individuals to form one.
Audience members are also welcome to attend and enjoy the show.
Event Details:
• Time: 12:30 PM to 5:30 PM, followed by lunch and high tea.

JITO Ladies Culinary Competition
Rules and Regulations:
1. Team Size: Each team should consist of 4-5 members.
2. Registration: Teams must register in advance by providing their team name, member names, contact information, and details of the dishes they plan to prepare.
• Registration Deadline: January 6, 2025
• Registration Fee: ₹200 per person
3. Competition Categories:
• Jain National Dishes (e.g., Rajasthani, Maharashtrian)
• Jain International Dishes (e.g., Italian, Mexican)
4. Dish Requirements: Each team is required to prepare 4-5 dishes.
Category Details:
1. Dish Selection: Teams should select traditional Jain dishes from various Indian regions or international cuisines.
2. Ingredients: Only Jain-friendly ingredients are permitted. The use of onions, garlic, ginger, or root vegetables is strictly prohibited.
3. Presentation: Dishes should be presented attractively, incorporating traditional Indian decorations and garnishes.
4. Equipment: Participants must bring their own cooking equipment and utensils for presenting their dishes.
• Dishes should be prepared at home; only the presentation will take place at the venue.
• Microwave and OTG will be available for reheating purposes.

3.100 percent jain food
4.Use any product of Vasant masala like hing …or Red chilli .. .or chat masala and get along with you the packet for display with your dish
5.For Presentation 15 minutes will be provided
6. Microwave .will be provided for reheating if anyone wants to
7. Any accomplishments with your dish is ok
8. Like Hummus then you can get pita bread with it
